From Interstate 16, take exit 155 and turn West onto Pooler Parkway. Turn right at the BP gas station (same light as Publix). Drive through the roundabout. We are located inside the Professional Building on the right, on the second floor.

What to Expect
Upon your arrival to our clinic, we will ask for your picture ID and insurance card to ensure we have the most up to date information for you. New patients will be asked to complete registration on the provided computers if pre-registration was not already submitted. Please remember many of our clinics have multiple providers offering different services. We do not limit the number of concerns to be addressed at each visit, therefore, sometimes we may run behind. Please know when it is your turn in the exam room, you will receive the same undivided attention, and we will address all of your concerns. We look forward to seeing you at your scheduled appointment.
